This week, on Wednesday 2nd, and Thursday 3rd, our traditional Spelling Bee took place at school. We were all glad because after 3 years we could be able to run this competition again.

Our students, from 3rd to 6th were eager to participate. All the classes had received a long list of words and after some period of practice, where all of them had the possibility to be selected, the teachers chose the ones who did their best.

The two days were full of enthusiasm, emotion, nervousness, comradeship, singing, and happiness. In some cases, the contest was very tight among participants; therefore, the judges made students spell a second list of words, which they had not practiced. We were surprised at how well our students did.
